Full-service prototype engineering.
Converting ideas to manufactured parts.
What we do
Machine it
We turn blocks of metal and plastic into your idea!
Inject it
We can inject plastics to make low-cost repeatable parts. We make our own molds too, so we don’t need to rely on anyone else. :)
Print it
3D printing is essential in prototyping, which is why we have so many printers. No matter what finish/material you’re looking for, we can make it happen.
Lase it
Another high powered laser used for cutting materials. We just love lasers… Who doesn’t?
Etch it
We like pointing hi-powered lasers at stuff. The results are cool. Safely of course.
Torch it
We like pointing hi-powered plasma jets at stuff too. Melting metal with precision.

Past/Current Projects
“You can’t build a reputation on what you are going to do.”
— Henry Ford
We keep secrets
Confidentiality is critical when trying to make your idea happen. We can provide Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to make our customers feel safe for us to peek behind the curtains
Your Team
Ryan Wilhelm
The electrical guru. The printed circuit board designer. solder master. Also fantastic at taking pictures of our galaxy, and tiny bugs. In his side time, he runs an amazing YouTube channel with his brother (Physics Anonymous). Can you guess which one is his brother?
Brandon Halterman
The king of machining. Research wizard. One heck of an engineer! He can also beat a Tesla in chess, which is saying something, because they can almost drive themselves.
Mike Wilhelm
Senor fancy designer man. The sultan of user interface/design. The 3D modeling phenom. In his side time, he runs an amazing YouTube channel with his brother (Physics Anonymous). Can you guess which one is his brother?
Doug Guidish
I brought this rag tag group of guys together. I’m also an aerospace engineer…

This is our first project that FLUX has made as their own customer. With our passion for making things, we play with Xacto style knives a lot! So we decided to make one that we love to use! Support it now!
